Since its inception in 2017 under the ICAP Training Solutions banner, the Battle of the Banks has been committed to advancing the skills and knowledge of African banking professionals.
In 2018, the dedication and impact of the competition were recognised as it received the Thomson Reuters Best Partner Award. This acknowledgment affirmed our commitment to excellence in upskilling and educating banking professionals across the continent.
Building on this success, in 2021, Battle of the Banks forged a partnership with Probanker Simulations, enhancing the competition’s ability to provide practical, real-world learning experiences.
In 2023, the competition continued to expand its reach and impact through a partnership with Andile, further solidifying its position as a premier platform for fostering growth and development within Africa’s banking sector.
